Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the FabShopOne website and the fabrication, engineering, and consulting services we provide. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Quotes
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time they are prepared and are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. If project requirements, materials, or specifications change, a revised quote may be required. Work begins only after a quote has been approved and any required payment has been received.

Payment
Depending on the project, FabShopOne may require either a deposit or full payment before production begins. Any remaining balance is due before shipment or pickup unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Project Changes
Changes requested after work has begun may affect cost, production time, or delivery schedules. Any such changes will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

Custom Work
Most products manufactured by FabShopOne are custom-made for a specific customer or application. Because of their custom nature, completed work is generally non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing error or workmanship issues attributable to FabShopOne.

Customer-Supplied Information
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, drawings, CAD files, scans, reference parts, specifications, and other information supplied for a project. FabShopOne is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

Reverse Engineering
When reverse engineering an existing part, FabShopOne reproduces its physical geometry as accurately as practical using available reference material. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we do not certify or guarantee the suitability, safety, or engineering intent of the original design. Determining whether a reproduced part is appropriate for its intended application remains the customer’s responsibility.

Manufacturing Tolerances
Every manufacturing process has practical tolerances. Unless tighter tolerances have been specifically quoted, commercially reasonable tolerances appropriate to the selected process, material, and application will apply.

Intellectual Property
By submitting drawings, CAD files, logos, scans, photographs, or physical parts, you represent that you have the legal right to authorize the requested work. FabShopOne will not knowingly manufacture products that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, shipping times and handling are outside our control. We will assist customers with shipping issues whenever reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability
FabShopOne’s liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products we manufacture.

Website Use
The information provided on this website is offered in good faith and is believed to be accurate; however, it is provided without warranty of any kind. FabShopOne may update website content, pricing, services, or specifications at any time without prior notice.

Governing Terms
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website applies to all work accepted after its publication date.
